1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ek343 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that your registered personal details are accurate and up to date
• Report to us immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account
• Ensuring no other party has access to your account

Ek343 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own account information secure.

3. User Responsibilities and Rules

Ek343 users are required to comply with all platform usage rules. You declare that you are at least 18 years of age and are using this platform in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek343 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the betting system
• Engaging in fraud, including account takeover, identity falsification, or unauthorized use of credit cards
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or inconsistencies in the platform's systems
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes (coordinated arbitrage)
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ek343 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and listed e-wallets.

The terms and conditions for transactions are as follows:

• Deposit: Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed, typically within 5–15 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within 15–60 minutes during normal business hours. The recipient's account name must match the registered name on your ek343 account.
• Minimum limit: Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum limits set for each payment method.
• Failed transactions: Funds from failed deposit transactions will be returned to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Ek343 reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use.

Account Suspension and Closure

Ek343 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by the relevant authorities. For account closures due to valid grounds, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Ek343 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. ek343's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ek343 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of ek343 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from ek343.
